Alle vores kunder har 100 dages ombytningsret på madrasser i målene 90×200 samt 140×200. Vi VIL være sikre på, at du modtager din nye drømmeseng, derfor yder vi den ekstra service, du kan prøve madrassen i 100 dage. Madrassen skal afleveres/sendes/afhentes til vores lager, eller efter aftale med os. Ombytnings årsagen skal være klar og tydelig. Ombytningsretten kan eksempelvis bruges i tilfælde af at en madras kan være for hård/blød, eller hvis kunden vil have en helt anderledes type madras. Hvis tilfældet er, at kunden vælger en helt anden type af madras, kan der forekomme et gebyr på 1000,-.
